Vayda Christine Foppe, beloved and precious angel, peacefully departed this world on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at St. Louis Children's Hospital. She entered this world just a day before, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 10:04 a.m., bringing immense joy and love to her parents, Logan and Chloe, nee Beckmann, Foppe of Breese.

In addition to her devoted parents, Vayda is survived by her adoring grandparents, Tom and Dana, nee Kohrmann, Beckmann of Bartelso, and Jeff and Yvonne, nee Endres, Foppe of Breese; great-grandparents, Janice, nee Erlinger, Kohrmann of Bartelso, Bernette, nee Timmermann, Beckmann of Bartelso, Jerry and Ruth, nee Wilke, Endres of Breese, Carol "Peck", nee Dumstorff, Foppe of Breese, and Don and Susie, nee Richter, Foppe of Breese. Vayda will be forever remembered by her uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family.

Though her time was short, Vayda was a brave and determined fighter. Her brief presence on this earth left an indelible mark of love and strength on her parents and family.

In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family (checks may be made to Logan Foppe) and will be received by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
