He was born on Tuesday, July 19, 1988, in Centerville, IL, the son of Renee Moss and Dale Sullivan.

He enjoyed fishing with his sons and pet dog "Champ".

He was preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather - Richard Paul Moss.
