Terrie L. Dewitt, age 65 of Shipman, IL, died Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Highland Health Care Center in Highland, IL.

She was born on March 14, 1959, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Kenneth and Barbara (nee Gordon) Turnbull.

Terrie was born in St. Louis, and grew up in the Soulard neighborhood. She graduated from McKinley High School in 1977. Terri spent six years as a military wife. She returned to St. Louis after 12 years and became a full-time homemaker, with her husband, Timothy Dewitt. In early 2000, she moved to Shipman, IL, and in recent years she lived with her sister in Highland, IL. She enjoyed movies, shopping, yard sales and reminiscing of the past with her family.

2nd Husband - Timothy D. Dewitt

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
