Susan L. McClanahan, age 67 of Highland, IL, died Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Highland Health Care Center in Highland, IL.

She was born on Friday, February 1, 1957, in Highland, IL, the daughter of Robert and Velma (nee Dressel) Rochell.

On Saturday, May 28, 1983, she married Dennis M. McClanahan, who passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

She grew up in Trenton and graduated from Wesclin High School. After her parents sold the farm in the mid to late 1970's, she and her family moved to Highland and has lived there ever since. She has been wheel chair bound for the last few years.

Sister - Linda S. Iberg, Highland, IL.

She was preceded in death by:
Father - Robert Henry Rochell - Died 11/27/2007
Mother - Velma M. Rochell - Died 6/30/1998
Husband - Dennis Michael McClanahan - Died 11/07/2024
Sister - Grace A. Cherry - Died 11/23/2011.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
