Rosemary Neathery, passed away peacefully on, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at age 92.

She was born in Ottumwa, Iowa. She graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1949 and later graduated from Greenville College in Greenville, IL in 1953. She received her Master's Degree in Business Education in 1966 from Southern Illinois University. While at Greenville College, she met her husband, Rolland "Cot" Neathery and raised two children together, Vicki (Robert) Vik of Bluffton, SC and Karen (Dave) Fellows of Freeburg, IL. She and her husband were married in 1955. Rosemary retired from Highland High School, in 1986, after teaching for 31 years. Her most enjoyable times were those spent with family and friends traveling together, camping and backyard barbecues. She also enjoyed golf, Bridge and wintering in Ft. Myers, FL for 30 years.

She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL and the VFW Post 5694-Auxiliary, Highland, IL

Great Grandchild - Ava G. Fellows, Freeburg, IL
Great Grandchild - Lilia R. Adrian, Freeburg, IL.

She was preceded in death by:
Father - C. Glen Hull - Died 1976
Mother - DeElda L. Hull, nee Davidson - Died 1986
Husband - Rolland "Cotton" H. Neathery - Died 3/26/1998
Brother - Robert G. Hull - Died 1/20/2022.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
