Michael E. Rice, age 60 of Lebanon, IL, died Monday, October 20, 2025, at Highland Health Care Center in Highland, IL.
He was born on Sunday, October 3, 1965, in Chicago, IL, the son Elizabeth Penicaro.

Michael was born in Chicago, Illinois. He lived in Lebanon and then moved to Highland. Michael attended Daley College in Chicago, earning his associate degree in finance. He worked in marketings sales until 2013. Michael enjoyed attending church and spending time with his congregation.

Survivors include his cousin, James Rice of Michigan City, IN and friend, Kirk Davies of O'Fallon, IL.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Penicaro.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

No visitation, services or burial are planned.
