Mary Frances Moss, age 74 of Alhambra, IL, died Friday, January 24, 2025, at Alhambra Care Center in Alhambra, IL.

She was born on Tuesday, October 31, 1950 in East St. Louis, the daughter of Thomas and Rosanna Walsh.

She married Richard Paul Moss who has since passed.

Mary F. Moss was born and raised in East St. Louis. After she got married and had children she moved to Washington Park. Mary also lived in Granite City and Staunton, before moving to Alhambra. She was a housekeeper in the medical institution industry. Mary had a love for Elvis Presley and his music. To those that knew her, she was considered a ‘shop-a-holic”. She enjoyed visiting with people at Maedge’s Restaurant in Alhambra. Taking care of her red-nose Pitbull, Champ, gave her such great joy.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL. A private celebration of life will be later in the spring.
