Leah Marie Tebbe, age 38 of Highland, IL, died Friday, February 28, 2025, at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, IL.

She was born on Friday, January 9, 1987, in Belleville, IL, the daughter of Bradley and Kathryn Apple.

On Saturday, May 19, 2012, she married John Michael Tebbe at Apple Family Farm, Keysport, IL, who survives.

Leah grew up on the Apple Family Farm near Keyesport (a seven-generation family farm). Graduating from Carlyle High School, Carlyle, IL in 2005, Leah then became a cosmetologist, aesthetician, and a barber. In 2021, she opened Hairloom Salon in Highland. She and her husband enjoyed traveling and camping. Leah took great pride in raising her family. She enjoyed collecting family photos and growing succulent plants.

She was preceded in death by:
Father - Bradley Scott Apple (died 02/10/2023)

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Interment will be at Duncan Cemetery in Keyesport, IL.
