Kevin Ray Neudecker, age 66 of Highland, IL, died Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Saint Louis University Hospital in Saint Louis, MO.

He was born on Tuesday, May 20, 1958, in Highland, IL, the son of LaRue "Larry" Haley Neudecker and Martha (nee Ainscough) Neudecker.

On Saturday, September 13, 1980, he married Mary Elizabeth Neudecker (nee Miller) at EVUCC in Highland, IL. who survives.

He was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ.

Kevin was born and raised in Highland, Illinois. He grew up and graduated from Highland High School in 1976. He then attended college in Florida. Kevin is very well known in the community working at Super-Valu Grocery Store for 42 years, some of which as the manager. He was also a member of Local 881 UFCW. Several years later, he started working at HSHS St. Elizabeth Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. as a Supply Specialist. Kevin just recently transferred to HSHS St. Joseph Hospital in December 2024. Kevin enjoyed old vintage cars and still drove his 2014 Blue Mustang. He volunteered at the EVUCC for many events including the Wedding Coordinator with his wife Mary. Kevin was married to Mary for 44 years. Kevin and Mary were two peas in a pod. They enjoyed decorating the house for the holidays and going all out for Halloween. Kevin liked to go on long walks, doing yard work, collecting old car memorabilia, loved to dance, listen to music and loved his new puppy 'Presley'. Kevin especially loved spending quality time with his granddaughters and family. The last few years Kevin and Mary enjoyed camping at Keyesport, traveling and going on road trips.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Evangelical United Church of Christ in Highland, IL.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Highland, IL, with Pastor William E. Kapp officiating.

Private Interment.
