Charles Kenneth "Ken" Keltner, age 62 of Highland, IL, died Thursday, April 17, 2025, at his home in Highland, IL.

He was born on Monday, July 9, 1962, in Marion, IL, the son of Charles and Carolyn (nee Grizzle) Keltner. On Saturday, June 30, 1984, he married Tammy Marie Keltner (nee Korte) at St. Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL, who survives.

He was a member of the Highland Optimist Club.

Ken was born in Marion, Illinois and at the age of 3 his family moved to Highland, Illinois. He was a 1980 graduate of Highland High School. Ken attended Blackburn College for 2 years and SIU-E for 2 years. He started his own business, Diversified Services, in 1982. Ken’s business grew and became very successful. Ken enjoyed playing bridge, fishing, hunting and collecting pocketknives. He was a Life Master Bridge player. He ran Tuesday & Friday bridge games in O’Fallon. He enjoyed teaching others to play bridge. Ken loved his family wholeheartedly. At every opportunity he would spend time with them and give his grandchildren tractor rides.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Interment will be at Highland City Cemetery in Highland, IL.
