Brenda J. Easler, age 71 of Pocahontas, IL, died Sunday, May 12, 2024, at her home in Pocahontas, IL.

She was born on Sunday, January 11, 1953, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Arthur and Patsy (nee Robinson) Chaney.

On Saturday, October 24, 1970, she married Stephen L. Easler at St. Louis, MO, who survives.

Brenda was born and raised in St. Louis, MO; graduated from Central High School, St. Louis. She and her husband lived in St. Jacob, IL, for 20 years, prior to moving to Pocahontas, IL, just before Steve retired. She enjoyed being with family, gardening, growing flowers, traveling, watching hummingbirds, being on the beach, and scuba diving in her younger days.

Sister - Linda Bunger, Highland, IL.

She was preceded in death by:
Father - Arthur Redwine Chaney
Mother - Patsy Ruth Chaney
Brother - Arthur R. Chaney.
