Alvin G. “Al” Warnecke, 87 of Trenton, died Monday November 29, 2010 at Breese Nursing Home 

He was born May 22, 1923 to Bernard “Ben” and Olinda (Lappe) Warnecke: they preceded him in death 

He married Amy McLean March 17, 1956 at St. John United Church of Christ in Breese and she preceded him in death October 11, 2008 

Also preceded in death by a grandson, Timothy Seibert; brothers, John, Harold, Adolph “Bud” Warnecke; and a sister, Olinda Warnecke. 

Surviving are daughters, Theresa “Terry” Seibert of  Trenton, Rebecca Springer of Tucson AZ, , Linette Warnecke of Troy, and Carol (Don) Donnelly of Cedar Hill, MO; a son, Jerry Wise of Highland; 9 Grandchildren-Sherry (Jeff) Diggs, David (Sondra) Donnelly, Tammy (Daryl) Riechmann, Lori (Jason) Zurliene, Nichole Loomis, Tracy (James) Gibson, Kimberly Myers, Tommy Myers, and Caralee Springer and 20 great-grandchildren; and a sister Tillie Willi of Breese.

Al was retired from State of Illinois Division of Vocational Rehabilitation 

Member of St. John United Church of Christ in Trenton, Masonic Lodge AFAM 109 of Trenton, Shriners 

Funeral services Friday, December 3, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Moss Funeral home in Trenton with Rev. Linda Coulson officiating. Interment Trenton Cemetery 

Visitation will be Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 4:00-8:00 PM and Friday, December 3, 2010 from 8:00-10:00 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Masonic Lodge Services will be held Thursday at 7:00 PM at the funeral home  

Memorials can be made to Shiner’s Hospital and will be received at the funeral home
