Jerome W. “Jerry” Holtgrave, 74, of Breese, died Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in Germantown. 

Mr. Holtgrave was born July 10, 1936 in Breese to Alphonse and Gertrude (Horenkamp) Holtgrave; they preceded him in death. 

Also preceded in death by a sister, Jane Holtgrave; and brothers, Paul, Charles, Richard, and Thomas Holtgrave. 

He is survived by daughters, Marcia White of Wolfe City, TX, Maria Holtgrave of Phoenix, AZ, and Rachel (Mike) Holdredge of Candler, NC; 6 Grandchildren; a sister, Florence (Cletus) Niebur of Beaverton, OR. 

Jerry retired as a tuckpointer and was a veteran of the United States Army. 

In keeping with his wishes Mr. Holtgrave was cremated and there will be no services.
