Russell C. Hickam 94 of Trenton died Thursday November 3, 2011 at
Highland Health Care Center in Highland.
He
was born September 3, 1917 in Alto Pass, IL to John and Laura
(Whitson) Hickam: they preceded him in death.
He
married Velita Ollis April 17, 1940 in Cape Girardeau, MO, and she
preceded him in death January 3, 2005.
Also
preceded in death by a son David A. Hickam, brothers Fred, Roy,
Claude and Paul Hickam, a sister Ruby Batson
Surviving are his children JoAnn (Art) Knippel of Trenton, Jack
(Patti) Hickam of Swansea

grandson John (Dennee) Hickam, Melissa and Bryan Knippel

great granddaughter Chloe Hickam
Many
nieces and nephews
Mr.
Hickam was a retired salesman with Sears.

Funeral services Tuesday November 8, 2011 11:00 am at Moss Funeral
Home in Trenton with Rev. Mike May officiating. Interment Trenton
Cemetery with full military honors accorded.
Visitation Tuesday November 8 from 9:00 am to time of services at
the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton
Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at
the funeral home.
